Please read this: Any items returned without
an *RMA# you will not receive credit.
Defective product
If you have defective products. Responsible
for the shipping cost when returning your merchandise is ours (Rapid
Office Supply). We will email or mail you the necessary tags, labels
or issue a call tag for your return.
Shipping charges If our error they are
refundable for any other reason they are deducted from your return.
All returns require a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. No credits will be processed without
one.
RMA's must be requested within 15 days
of the invoice date. No credits or refunds will be processed after
the 15-day period. Returned items must be received within 15 business
days of the RMA date.
All warranties are those of the product's
manufacturer.

A 15% restocking fee applies for all returns
except for mishipped
If you have merchandise which is unopened,
we will issue you an RMA # and will give you an address to ship
the product to at your expense subject to a 15% restocking fee or
more, depending on the item, manufacturer policies, and circumstances.
Return shipping to us is at your expense.
If the merchandise has been opened and
is not defective, we cannot issue you an RMA.

The email must contain the following information
Your order number
The item number of the
products you want to return
How many of each product you wish to
return
The reason for the return
Is the item defective or damaged?
Incorrect item shipped
The condition of the item: opened or unopened
Crediting Your Account: Credit will be issued within 30 business
days of receiving your return. All refunds for credit will be issued
to the credit card account that appears on the original invoice.
Shipping fees are non-refundable
